(Best Syndication News) Mortgage rates across the board dropped today with some changes at Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America (see rate charts below).

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate mortgages (FRM) dropped two basis points Tuesday to 4.559 percent. The rate is still three points higher over the past 5 days, but 18 points lower over the last 30 days.

Wells Fargo kept their rate steady at 4.69 percent. In certain areas the bank lowered their rate 13 basis points for 30-year fixed FHA mortgages.
